ALL CLASSES CURRENTLY CANCELLED DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. WE ARE HOPING TO START AGAIN WITH LIVE CLASSES IN JANUARY 2021.
Our classes are all taught on a drop-in basis so that people can join at any time to start learning, but we do suggest that beginners attend one of our monthly workshops before joining for the first time. The basics of Qigong exercise can be picked up and practised almost immediately, and the Tai Chi form that we practice in these sessions is short and simple so people should feel comfortable with the basics after attending for a few weeks.

Time: Wednedays, 9.30am to 10.45am In this class we will learn the fundamental Qigong exercises which make up the Taijiwuxigong system and also explore the short Tai Chi Thirteen form. If time allows, we will end the class with a sitting or standing meditation to further cultivate the stillness that we have found in our moving practice.
